The majority of these paintings owe their existance to help from Simon Hartland (Dir. National MC Museum, Solihull), Dave of Warmley, and Pete Robson of Bristol who were essential in making the machines available to me. Should you want to buy one of these paintings, and the registration number is not the one you want, they can be repainted with the new number, thought this would take 1 week to allow thorough paint drying. All paintings are in oil paint on a stretched flax cotton canvas. The cost of a painting will vary due to a variety of reasons including time to complete. Please enquire if interested. PLEASE NOTE the Links are in the Titles and NOT the Images. This Site was last updated in May 2022.

These paintings take between 65 and 92 hours to finish. This is the hands-on time, and may include any sketching time. Some motorcycle images have been placed in backgrounds, for instance the Excelsior Manxman. The bike was photographed indoors at a bike show. I then paced the streets of Bath looking for a suitable backdrop. I found the horse water point in Walcot Street, and a spot to photograph from where the perspectives were compatible.

Paintings can be made from your own photographs, subject to image quality, or I can visit within a 75 mile radius of Bath and make the necessary exposures.
